Tämä englantilaistyylinen pubi sijaitsi sekin Gamla Stanissa. The Liffeys sijaitsee keskellä kaikkea vilinää ja alkoi jo olemaan iltapäivästä täynnä ihmisiä - sillä futispeli oli alkamaisillaan.
This English style pub was also in Gamla Stan. The Liffeys is located right in the middle of everything and started to fill up in the afternoon - football game was about to start.
Tukholmassa on runsaasti etnisiä ruokapaikkoja ja ihan keskustasta löysimme edullisen ja hyvän intialaisen ravintolan - Hurry Curryn. Nimi ei ehkä lupaa hyvää, mutta paikka oli positiivinen yllätys. Sijaitsee aivan Hötorgetin kupeessa Slöjdgatanilla.
There are many nice ethnic restaurants in Stockhom and in city central we found one cheap and very nice Indian restaurant - Hurry Curry. Name doesn't perhaps sound too promising, but this place was a positive suprise. It is located right next to Hötorget ad Slöjdgatan.
Paikka on pieni, mutta tunnelma muistuttaa (musiikkia myöten) Intiasta.
This place is small but the atmosphere (including the music they play there) reminds one of India.
Ruoka tuli nopeasti ja oli tosi maittavaa. Sopivasti tulista currykanaa, riisiä ja raitaa - sekä raikas salaatti, jossa siinäkin ripaus intialaista mausteisuutta. Eikä hintakaan huimannut, lasku kahdesta annoksesta oli euroiksi muutettuna alle 20 euroa.
Food came to us fast and was very tasty. Perfectly spicy curry chicken, rice and raita sauce - and also fresh salad, which had a hint of Indian spices in the taste. And the price was not too high, the bill for two portions when converted in euros was under 20 euros.
