Gdansk part I

We visited Gdansk couple of weeks ago and the first thing we saw when we left our hotel on the first morning was this stray cat. So cute following our daughter and trying to play with us. If I could've taken this cat with us I would've done it. She was so cute and I couldn't stop thinking how she or he will survive through the winter.

We walked through the city many times during our stay and I was thrilled to see all these old apartment buildings close to the old town area.

Kävelimme keskustassa useaan otteeseen lomamme aikana ja minua ihastuttivat kaikki vanhat kerrostalot lähellä vanhaa kaupunkia.

All the apartment buildings did not look so fancy but there was something interesting and beautiful about them too.

There are many streets to walk through and many nice things to see in Gdansk.

Gdanskissa on paljon katuja ja kaduilla kaunista nähtävää.

And flowers were still blooming in late October.

Gdansk is a very photogenic city and I will post more photos soon, so stay tuned.

Have a nice weekend. I will soon go and meet six gorgeous ladies and I will have an empowering photoshoot with them. A little bit excitement in the air but at the same time I think it's going to be a very interesting day :-)

Your photos are wonderful and show a charming side of the city. I have a cat that looks much like the stray you saw. I would have been tempted to take the cat home, just like you. Poor thing - having to face winter alone.

Thank you Linda. I felt horrible everytime we saw that cat but luckily that stray cat was not alone. There were many other stray cats with him/her (I don't know if that is a good thing but well at least that poor thing is not alone) and it looked like someone was feeding them since there was a water cup and some food close to the place we always saw those cats. So that eased my mind a little bit.
