Dinner outside (in our garden)

 

Okay, the weather here in Finland hasn't perhaps been the greatest

 this summer but hey, at least it's not raining every day. We

decided to have dinner outside in our garden (rain or shine) and

on Tuesday it wasn't even raining (until after our dinner... ;-))

 

Our daughter had and injury last week on a soccer camp and actually

 has a cast on her right arm (not really visible in any of these

 photos). So we have tried to cheer her up with nice dinners, going

 to the movies, cafes etc.

No joo, säähän ei ole ehkä ollut tänä kesänä meillä Suomessa mikään

 paras, mutta hei, ei se sentäs ihan joka päivä ole vettä sadellut.

 Me päätimme alkuviikosta syödä ulkona (satoi tai paistoi)ja

 tiistaina ei satanut (kuin vasta ruokailun jälkeen... ;-))

 

Tyttäremme mursi kätensä viime viikolla futisleirillä ja hänellä on

 oikeassa kädessä kipsi (joka ei muuten itse asiassa taida näkyä

 näissä kuvissa lainkaan). Olemme tässä koettaneet piristää häntä

 hyvällä ruoalla, viemällä häntä kavereiden kanssa leffaan,

piipahtamalla kahviloissa, käymällä kaupungilla jne.

I tried to set the table nice and put some fresh flowers there as well.

 

Koetin laittaa pöydän nätiksi ja laitoin vähän tuoreita kukkiakin esille.

We love grilled tomates and these cherry tomatoes are our favorites.

Those also ended up on our salad.

 

 

Me rakastamme grillattuja tomaatteja ja nämä terttutomaatit ovat meidän suosikkeja.

Laitoimme niitä myös salaattiin.

The dinner was very tasty and our daughter seemed to be very happy

 after a good meal - has learned that from her mom ;-)

 

Today we visited the hospital and seems like her wrist is starting

 to get better and the bone is starting to heal right.

Päivällinen oli tosi maittavaa ja tytärkin näytti nauttivan hyvästä

 ruoasta - äitiinsä kun on tullut ;-)

 

Tänään kävimme sairaalassa ja näyttää siltä, että ranne alkaa

 paranemaan ja luukin on alkanut luutumaan oikein.
